SOFTWARE MARKETING & CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (ONLINE)

π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Promote AIT PARKβs software and digital services through online marketing
β’ Communicate with new clients and potential customers
β’ Provide customer support through Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Email, and other online channels
β’ Explain software features and provide customers with necessary guidance
β’ Generate new leads and follow up regularly
β’ Assist customers with resolving their issues
β’ Submit daily and weekly work reports
β’ Work toward increasing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction
β REQUIREMENTS
β’ Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply
β’ Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelorβs degree (Students can also apply)
β’ Confident, smart, and professional personality
β’ Good communication and writing skills in Bangla
β’ Good knowledge of computers, internet, and smartphones
β’ Responsible, honest, punctual, and willing to learn quickly
β’ Experience in online marketing, sales, or customer support will be an advantage
β’ Freshers are also welcome to apply
β° WORKING HOURS
β’ 42 hours per week
β’ Approximately 6 hours per day
β’ Flexible working hours, determined based on mutual convenience
π΅ SALARY
β’ First 3 months β Training Period: BDT 5,000/month
β’ Next 3 months: BDT 10,000/month
β’ After successfully completing 6 months: BDT 12,000/month (Regular)
π― MONTHLY INCENTIVE / COMMISSION
β’ Additional incentives or commission based on monthly sales and performance
